Abstract

This study aims to analyze and shed light on the importance posed by submarine cables in international communications and data transmission, as it is considered one of the assets of technological capital. Institutions with their various tasks and this is in order to catch up with globalization and achieve economic integration by strengthening the link with global communication networks. We have concluded a broader concept of submarine cables by addressing the knowledge economy and the situation of the Internet to examine the extent of their contribution to the global economy. Finally, we discussed a number of suggestions that we consider appropriate to encourage this type of investment in order to achieve sustainable development in Algeria and all countries of the world.
