Abstract
Training in modern institutions is one of the most important principles of human
development
That
they adopt in order to face the
present and the future and stand before the
rapid changes and developments.
The aim of this study
Identify the effect of training on human resource development.
To achieve this

the descriptive and analytical approach has been relied on. The study tool

as the questionnaire

where the questionnaire was distributed to a sample consisting of a
group of employees of the "Algeria Telecom" institution

Ain Temouchent branch

where 40
questionnaires were distributed to all employees of the institution under stu
dy
،
of which 34
questionnaires were retrieved that could be analyzed. And resort to statistical methods to
analyze and interpret the recorded results. This study concluded that there is a statistically
significant effect at a significance level of α = 0.05
for the training program in human
resource development at the Algerian Telecom Corporation
