Résumé
The thesis addressed the impact of location on shaping human culture in the
novel "Tamasheq Blood of Oblivion," through which the author El-Habib Sahli
revealed the plight of the Algerian intellectual who experienced the harsh reality of
his homeland during the bloody Decade. Amidst his suffering, this intellectual could
not engage in the national crisis or commit to his community's issues, overwhelmed
by despair and frustration. He chose to escape reality, believing that isolation would
save him from death. Ultimately, he returned to his homeland, heading to Adrar
"Tamasheq," where he settled, considering it a place of tranquility and peace that
provided him with psychological comfort
