Abstract
This study aims to identify the extent of the impact of total quality
management in improving health services among a sample of employees of
the Public Institution for Neighborhood Health "Bani Saf" in the state of Ain
Temouchent, so that the study sample consisted of (60) employees, and this
effect was tested using simple regression analysis .
The results indicated that there was a statistically significant effect between
the two variables of the study (total quality management and the quality of
health services), and the study concluded several results, the most important
of which are:
Total Quality Management provides a variety of methods and tools that
allow organizations to choose What suits her circumstances and needs;
Continuing to spread the culture of quality and consolidate its concepts
that leads to achieving the competitive advantage of the health facility;
The topic of total quality management did not arise out of thin air, but
rather because of its broad importance
