Abstract
The study aimed at learning about the relationship between
occupational pressures and job satisfaction, the level of occupational
pressures and the level of job satisfaction of the SONELGAZ
Foundation. The study community included SONELGAZ's 35
members. We followed the descriptive approach
6 Job satisfaction, where the level of occupational pressures was
found to be on average, job satisfaction was higher than that of
Sonelgaz employees, and the results of the study indicated a
function-negative relationship between both the overall grade of the
occupational stress measure and job satisfaction and their level of
satisfaction above that of other age groups. Their level of satisfaction
exceeds that of other groups. The results of the study show that the
level of satisfaction of Sonelgaz staff is higher than that of Sonelgaz
