Abstract

The Arab world in general and Arab Moghreb in particular knew an intellectual development that was a motivation of many linguistic writtings which sought to serve arabic language ,as for developing it within the heritage , or to enhance it with a modern vision , or taking a middle position to avoid leaning toward one side. this research highlights the position of maghrebin linguists regarding this dialectic throught their writtings whome are : Tayeb Deba from Algeria ,Salah Kchaou from Tunisia and Salah Salim Elfakhiri from Libiya , it becomes obvious that heritage has its own place in their thoughts with awarness and scutiry in adopting modern theories
