Abstract

The theme of the study is to find out the impact of the internal work environment on the functional functioning of the Agricultural Equipment Industry Corporation in Hammam Bouh jar, Ain temouchent In this study, the descriptive analytical method was used, relying on the questionnaire to collect the necessary data answers by distributing it to the workers of the Agricultural Gear Industry Corporation, and then analyzed using the statistical program spss. In the end, a set of results were reached, which showed the impact of the internal work environment on functional ity based on its various components (organizational and functional environment, physical environment, and tech nical environment), underscoring the challenges posed by the internal work environment to economic institutions, prompting them to research the creation of an appropriate, encouraging and healthy environment to influence performance
