It addresses some fundamental concepts related to both electronic application technologies and financial inclusion, along with their dimensions and the challenges each faces. The study adopts a descriptive approach that aligns with the nature of the research topic, in addition to an analytical approach through a questionnaire distributed to a sample consisting of Algeria Post users and employees at the SidiBel Abbes Post Office Unit. The study reached a set of findings and proposed recommendations, the most important of which is that electronic application technologies play a significant role in promoting financial inclusion through innovations that facilitate the delivery and accessibility of financial services to all segments of society in easy, simple, secure, and low-cost ways. Moreover, it emphasizes the need to raise awareness among community members in order to achieve a better level of financial inclusionen_US
