dc.description.abstractThis study dealt with the subject of the impact of social media on functional performance, aiming to identify various aspects of social media, as well as job performance and know the extent of the impact of social networking sites on job performance. Where the descriptive analytical approach was used to achieve this goal, through a material survey of the opinions of a random sample of employees at the cement factory in Ain Temouchent beni saf state and to achieve the study goals of the study designed a questionnaire that included (26) phrases, to collect preliminary information from the study of the study, and in light of this, data and analysis of data and testing of hypotheses using the (SPSS V26) and (PLS SMART) program was collected, where the study concluded that it was There is a trace of social media on the performance of employees in terms of ease of use and efficiency of the use of social media, while there is no trace of freedom to use social media on the performance of employees, and this is at the level of significance (0.05).en_US
