Abstract

O ur study included the role of knowledge management and value creation for the learning organization ,and its success depends on achieving its goals through efficient knowledge management . T hrough our applied study several findings were concluded; the creation of value in the university center - BELHAJ BOUCHEIB - is linked to the performance of its em ployees through effective management of the available knowledge on which the learning organization is based
