Abstract

The current study aims to know the impact of psychologie pressure on the psychological health of civil protection agents. Afield study was conducted at the main unit of civil protection in the state of Ain Temouchent. The study sample included (83) people who were randomly selected, Where the sample was distinguished according to a variable (age, seniority, work system). In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the two researchers relied on the descriptive approach, using two scales to collect data, the first is a measure of psychologie pressure and the second is a psychological health. To verify the validity of the study's hypotheses and psychometric properties (sincerity - constancy) Statistical package program was applied for processing in the social sciences (spss) Using percentage, Pearson correlation coefficient and Alf krumbach coefficient. The results of the study indicated: 1. The level of pressure psychological is low of civil protection agents. 2. The level of mental health of civil protection officers is high. 3. There is an inverse correlation between pressure and psychological health, the higher the psychological pressure the lower the degree of mental health, the higher the level of mental health of civil protection agents the lower the level of psychological pressure.
