Abstract
The study aimed at Research on the relationship between the administrative Leadership and the
level of work performance of workers in some of the Algerian economic institutions, by identifying
the reality of these variables, The identification of the nature of the relationship between To achieve
the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed as a tool for data collection, It was
distributed to a sample of (731) alone, and to test the assumptions and relationships of the link using
the statistical program (SPSS), The study concluded that the practice of presidents to keep the
direction (the leadership) administrative came the standard average, And that the level of
performance of work, He also concluded that the impact of the administrative leadership dimensions
independently on the work performance level of workers; In addition to the impact of the
administrative leadership dimensions on the effectiveness of functionality except after the catalyst,
leader behavior, as well as the impact for keeping to drive on the effectiveness of performance work
except the behavioral leadership change model and the catalyst, the same multidimensional impact
on individual creativity except autocratic leadership style, and the results of the study showed that
trends in the study sample differ to study variables vary with all personal and functional
characteristics apart from the variable gender, level of education, the study recommends that the
promotion of the exercise of transformational leadership style and the empowerment style because
they have a positive impact on the performance level of employees' work.
