This research examines the role of social media and electronic media in teaching primary school students in Algeria, highlighting their shift from mere entertainment tools to supportive didactical aids. Utilizing a descriptive-analytical method, the study includes fieldwork conducted at "Didi Kaddour" Primary School in Ain Témouchent to analyze samples of digital lessons for all three cycles and their alignment with the official curriculum. The findings reveal that effective pedagogical utilization of these media transforms the teacher into a "digital coordinator" and the learner into an active, interactive participant who constructs knowledge autonomously. It also emphasizes adapting content to suit children's short attention spans, while identifying technical and educational challenges that hinder this virtual learning model, along with solutions to address them.
