Abstract

This research addresses the role and importance of entrepreneurial activity in supporting and developing intellectual capital in industrial institutions, in light of the opinions of a sample of heads of departments, administrative units, and executives working at TOP GLOVES Company for manufacturing medical gloves at the level of the state of Ain Temouchent. In order to reach these opinions, a questionnaire form was then designed. It was prepared for this purpose and distributed to the sample members, which numbered (86) workers. To analyze the study data, we used structural equation modeling based on Partial Least Squares. Through this study, we then arrived at results indicating the existence of a statistically significant correlation between Dimensions of entrepreneurial activity and dimensions of intellectual capital.
