Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the impact of digital transformation on improving organizational performance in middle education institutions in Ain Témouchent Province by highlighting the contribution of digital technologies and modern administrative practices to enhancing management methods and organizational efficiency. To achieve the study objectives, a descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, supported by a field study using a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The collected data were analyzed and the research hypotheses were tested using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) through a range of descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The findings revealed a statistically significant positive impact of digital transformation on organizational performance through improving work efficiency, enhancing the quality of administrative services, and supporting decision-making processes. The results also indicated that the success of digital transformation depends on the availability of adequate digital infrastructure and qualified human resources. Accordingly, the study recommends strengthening investment in digital technologies and developing employees’ skills to achieve more effective and sustainable organizational performance.
