dc.description.abstract"This study aims to identify the impact of training on improving the performance of the human resource among a sample of workers in the Directorate of Employment in the state of Ain Temouchent. The study sample consisted of 30 workers, to whom the questionnaire tool was applied, through which the relationship of correlation and influence between training and the performance of the human resource was demonstrated, and to study The descriptive analytical method was used, relying on the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SpSS27) program, where several results were reached. Among them is that there is a moderate positive correlation between training and human resource performance. Training also has an impact on the human resource, and therefore it can be said that the Directorate of Employment is interested in training its workers, but there must be increased focus on the training process and motivating workers in order to improve performance in the organization and create an atmosphere of professionalism and positive interaction among workers, which can increase opportunities for promotion and enhance the spirit Collectivism and loyalty to the organization."en_US
