It explains both normal endings (like retirement, resignation, end of contract) and abnormal endings (like dismissal, misconduct, or incapacity). The work highlights the legal procedures, employee rights, and administration obligations during termination. It also examines legal safeguards to protect employees and suggests reforms to ensure fairness and balance between public interest and individual rights. "
