Abstract

The study aimed at measuring the quality of university services at the University of Belhaj Boushouaib Ain Timouchant in general and residencies in particular and measuring students' satisfaction with these services. On this basis, 50 questionnaire samples were prepared spread across five dimensions (tangible, sympathetic, safe, responsive, reliable) The study found that the quality dimensions of the service affect the degree of students' satisfaction with the quality of services provided to them, especially after tangibility, safety and compassion
