dc.description.abstract"The current study aims to examine the relationship between organizational happiness and creative behavior among employees at Ain Temouchent University, and to identify differences in these variables based on gender and professional experience. The study sample consisted of 60 male and female employees from Ain Temouchent University. The sample was selected using a random sampling method, and the study followed a descriptive approach. Data were collected using the Organizational Happiness Scale and the Creative Behavior Scale, and these data were statistically analyzed using appropriate statistical methods with the SPSS 22 statistical software package. The present study reached the following conclusions: There is a statistically significant correlation between organizational happiness and creative behavior among workers at Belhadj Bouchaib University in the province of Ain Temouchent. The level of organizational happiness among employees at Belhadj Bouchaib University in the province of Ain Temouchent is high. The level of creative behavior among employees at Belhadj Bouchaib University in the province of Ain Temouchent is high. There are no statistically significant differences in organizational happiness among employees at Belhaj Bouchaib University in the province of Ain Temouchent based on the gender variable. There are no statistically significant differences in organizational happiness among employees at Belhaj Bouchaib University in the province of Ain Temouchent based on the professional experience variable. There are no statistically significant differences in creative behavior among employees at Belhadj Bouchaib University in the province of Ain Temouchent based on the gender variable. There are no statistically significant differences in creative behavior among employees at Belhadj Bouchaib University in the province of Ain Temouchent based on the professional experience variable.
