dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the role of training in improving the performance of employees in institutions, as the applied aspect was at the level of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development, Hammam Bouhajar Agency. In this study, we relied on the descriptive analytical approach in collecting data and data related to the phenomenon of the subject of the research. To achieve this goal, we used the questionnaire as a tool for the study, and the questionnaire form was distributed within the institutions to a sample of 33 employees. In analyzing the questionnaire data, we relied on the statistical package program “spss.” Finally, our study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect on the quality of training on the performance of employees at the level of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development, Hammam Bouhajar Agency, as training is an effective element and helps improve discipline and behavior to a great extent at the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development, Hammam Agency.
