Abstract
The study aimed to identify the level of appreciation of the psychological
contract and its relationship to the motivation for achievement among middle
education teachers in the state of Ain Temouchent (Algeria).In order to achieve the
objectives of the study, the two students used the descriptive analytical approach, to
access the necessary data, and then used two scales, the first measuring the level of
the psychological contract for: "Rousseau", and the second measures the motivation
for achievement of "Abdul Latif Mohamed Khalifa", were applied to a sample of 100
male and female professors. This study yielded the following results:
High levels: psychological complexes and motivation for achievement.
The psychological contract contributes to predicting motivation for achievement.
There is a weak direct correlation between the psychological complex and
achievement motivation among middle school teachers.
There are no differences in terms of the psychological complex among middle school
teachers depending on the gender variable.
There are differences in terms of the psychological complex among middle school
teachers according to the following variables: age, seniority.
There are no differences in terms of achievement motivation among intermediate
education teachers according to the following variables: gender, age, seniority.
These results were discussed by comparing them with the results of previous studies
and in light of the theoretical literature, and the study concluded with a set of
recommendations.
