Abstract

This study aims at discovering the impact of strategic analysis on the reengineeri ng of the administrative processes and for the purpose of achieving design a questionnaires was distributed to a simble of 60 employes in the adminstration of the cement factory in beni saf , for the data and analysis using the statistical program (spss) v20, the results indicated that the impact of stratigic analysis on (BRP) and we have a set of recommendations that help the institution to maintain its economic status
