Abstract

This study aimed to know the level of job satisfaction with the clinical work of the clinical psychologist in the hospital institution in the state of Ain Temouchent, as it seeks to try to measure the level of their satisfaction with their job due to the variables (educational qualification, professional experience, monthly wage). We have relied on the descriptive statistical approach as the most appropriate for the subject of our study, and its used tools that have been relied upon are the Motivation and Job Satisfaction Survey Scale translated by Nasser Al-Adaili, and the study sample included 42 male and female psychologists in the hospital institution, Dr. Reached: ب - There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance 0.05 in job satisfaction with clinical work attributed to academic qualification. - There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level of 0.05 in the satisfaction with clinical work attributed to professional experience. - There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level of 0.05 in job satisfaction with clinical work attributed to the monthly salary. - The level of job satisfaction with the clinical work of the clinical psychologist in the hospital institution is high.
