dc.description.abstract	The subject of this dissertation is the technical study of a section of 8 km of the penetrating connecting the port of Ghazaouet (wilaya of Tlemcen) to the highway East-West. In this work, we realized the longitudinal and transversal dimensioning of the road, the study of sanitation, the signalization and the impact on the environment. We based ourselves on Algerian and international standards and regulations in force, ie ICTAAL and B40. This highway was designed using Auto CAD, Autopiste, and COVADIS and Google Earth software.	en_US
