ETUDE D’UN BATIMENT R+4 D’USAGE D’HABITATION AVEC TROIS METHODES

Abstract

The draft study end of a building a residential community (R+ 4) which is implanted in the wilaya of Ain témouchent. The study consists of five main parts: - The first part of our memory concerning the introduction and the description of the structure and the characteristics of materials used (steel, concrete). - The second part deals with the descent of the pre-load and sizing of structural elements. - The third part is the determination of the seismic force using the tree is the( equivalent static method ,modal spectral and transition). - The fourth part is the calculation, which contains the determination of the reinforcement of the floor and stairs. - Finally, in Part V: the usefulness of the software SAP2000 is a very powerful tool in modeling of structures, where the use of the latter in the determination of the reinforcement elements such as columns, beams and foundations with a comparison of the results
