Abstract

This study focuses on highlighting the role of the Dashboard as a modern management tool that relies on both quantitative and qualitative indicators. It enables managers to monitor financial performance and detect deviations in a timely manner, thereby serving the objectives of financial governance, specifically transparency and accountability.The primary aim of this research is to shed light on the conceptual framework of both governance and the dashboard, while diagnosing the reality of financial and regulatory management at the National Social Security Fund for Non- Wage Workers (CASNOS) in Ain Temouchent. Furthermore, it clarifies the role of this tool as a link between strategic objectives and operational processes.
