مكافحة الفساد في إطار الضمانات الدستورية للحوكمة الرشيدة

Résumé

Combating corruption constitutes one of the fundamental pillars for promoting good governance and strengthening the rule of law. Accordingly, this study examines the conceptual framework of both corruption and good governance and analyzes the constitutional guarantees established by the Algerian constitutional legislator to reinforce transparency, accountability, the rule of law, and judicial independence. It also highlights the role of Parliament and independent constitutional bodies, particularly the High Authority for Transparency, Prevention and Fight against Corruption, in supporting the national anti-corruption framework. The study concludes that the effectiveness of this framework largely depends on the proper implementation of constitutional guarantees, the strengthening of the independence of oversight bodies, and the effective application of good governance principles in practice.
