"This thesis examines the issue of tort liability in matters relating to marriage and divorce.

It addresses the legal rules governing marriage, beginning with its initial stage, namely engagement, as well as the legal provisions relating to divorce.

The thesis also focuses on the central issue of this topic, namely the rights arising from each of these situations and the limits on the exercise of those rights by their holders. Accordingly, where damage is caused, it may be remedied through the award of compensation.
