Abstract

The agricultural land state has know two important periods, the first stage of the independence until 1987, the year of adapting the self management mechanism of the agricultural lands and to transfer to the vacant property of the state, then the law of the agricultural revolution of the 1971 The second stage was in 1987 the year of adopting the law 87/19 that determines the mode of exploitation of the lands of the national domain of the state which adopted the right of permanent utilization of the lands of the national domain, reappointed to the concession right with the law n°08/16 related to the agricultural orientation and the law n°10/03 that define the conditions and operating modalities of the agricultural lands belonging to the private property of the state.
