Résumé
The essential part of the cement production process is the production of clinker, which is obtained by
Burning, under conditions of suitable duration and temperature, a mixture of clay and carefully
weighed and crushed limestone. Sometimes the clinker is unfired after it leaves the oven. The
company proceeds in this case to the rejection of the unfired clinker and this is a important quantities.
It is also known that the main component of cement remains clinker and its quality closely depends
on that of the entire cement. Our study concerns the optimization of the rate of unfired clinker with
the following percentages (0%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 35%), introduced as an addition in
the cement while respecting the quality of the cement product, a cement in accordance with the
Algerian standard NA 442.
