The child, as a sensitive element in society, must be protected, nurtured, highlighted, and taken care of with the utmost care, so that he becomes a chivalrous man who is good for himself, his family, and his society. Algerian legislation is among the legislations that have embodied this protection since independence. This study aims to shed light on three categories that we can say are victims of society. The first chapter included definitions of the child and the criteria for his classification. We have dealt with the disabled child who is considered as a person who is unable to rely on himself, and we and the law must protect him, and this is stipulated in Article 12 of the Charter of Child Protection Rights. He has the right to care and protection, and this was confirmed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1984 in Article 25, the second paragraph. As for the latter, we discussed the delinquent child, who is that child who commits a violation, misdemeanor, or felony and does not exceed the age of 18 with his protection established in Algerian law, and we mentioned the designated centers As for the second chapter, it includes a study of child protection measures (legal and judicial) and taking measures of a corrective and reformatory nature to make him a good man for his family and society.en_US
