Abstract

The study aims to highlight the role of agricultural insurance in covering agricultural risks, since this sector is characterized by a large number of risks compared to other sectors as a result of its vulnerability to natural factors and climatic conditions that are difficult to control. resulting losses. With the aim of giving farmers greater confidence in order to adopt modern technological methods that help increase and improve production, which contributes to ensuring food security and thus achieving economic, social and political stability. The results of the study concluded that the regional fund for agricultural cooperation contributes to reducing the effects of risks and damages to agricultural crops, livestock and agricultural equipment.
