Abstract

This study aimed to identify and explain the contribution of financial analysis in raising the efficiency of the corporation and the importance of analyzing the financial statements in evaluating the financial performance of the corporation. It also aims to identify the financial position of the corporation at an early date, allowing the relevant parties and supervisory authorities to intervene to take corrective measures and appropriate decisions. In order to achieve these goals and answer the questions, we relied on a case study to collect data related to the subject represented by the Hydrocanal Corporation, through which various financial statements and many indicators of financial balance and financial ratios were obtained. This study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the static and dynamic financial analysis is an effective means and tool for diagnosing the financial position of the hydrocnl corporation because it helps the financial manager to know the strengths to enhance them and to know the weaknesses to correct and avoid them.
