Abstract

Investment is considered the basic link for an advanced economy and sustainable local development, which prompted the Algerian legislator to enshrine it constitutionally in the 2020 Constitution. Law 22-18 related to investment was issued to bring about a qualitative shift in improving the investment climate in Algeria, whether through strengthening investment guarantees, in addition to establishing incentive systems.
