Résumé

This thesis presents the development of a portable cardiorespiratory monitoring system combining electrocardiography (ECG) and photoplethysmography (PPG). The objective is to offer a continuous, real-time monitoring solution for vital parameters such as heart rate, QT interval, and pulse transit time (PTT) to improve the detection of cardiac and respiratory disorders. The system uses biomedical sensors and an Arduino Nano microcontroller to provide a complete analysis of cardiac and vascular activity. It includes an IL9341 display for real-time data visualization, with the potential for remote monitoring. The system’s design is modular and cost-effective, making it suitable for both clinical and home use. Tests have demonstrated reliable accuracy across various environments. Looking ahead, the system offers promising prospects for algorithm optimization and miniaturization.
