However the pricipale freedon to choose it as a means of expressing theur will in line with the general theory of the contracts and the will to be bound and that it is with in the frime work of the electronic contracts it raises a lot of confusion and ambiguinity especially with regard to identifying this category the consomater is considered the wealeest party in the contracts.
