Abstract

This study aims at the financial analysis of projects under the Public Procurement Law through a case study of the municipality (Ain Temouchent) based on the analytical approach, as the study aims to highlight the importance of using the stages of concluding the deal in order to achieve the development goals to be reached without causing extravagance or A waste of time and effort, especially public money. The study also clarified the stages of conclusion through contracting by requesting bids stipulated in Executive Decree 15/247 related to the Public Procurement Law, beginning with the initial evaluation of the project (maturity study). The final evaluation of the project was done by comparing the costs. Actual and planned costs because they contribute to receiving the works on time.
