Abstract

This study examines the legal framework governing maritime concessions in Algerian legislation and its consistency with international conventions. It explores the concept, subject matter, and legal types of maritime concession, as well as their legal effects and extinction conditions. The study aims to highlight the effectiveness of legal protection granted to ship creditors and the extent of alignment with international standards. An analytical and comparative approach was adopted to achieve accurate conclusions.
