Abstract

this study tries to identify the level and extent of reseach and development activities and the level of technological creativity in a sample of algerian industrial entruprises . it also aims to know the extent to which reserch and development activities contribute to the operationalization of technological creativity by studying the relationship and influence between the independent variabhe . represented in research and devalopment activities and is technological creativity as a dependent department in the indutrial etablishment under study reached a variety of results the most important. the studied sample consisted of45 questionnaire form s .the study reched a variety of results the most industrial etablisshments but few of these institutions are interested in long term reserch and have intense reserch and development activities .the are no differences in technological creativities due tothe size of the institution . the study also found that research and development activities lead to the operationalization and strengthening of technnological creativity in algerian industrial enterpries
