Abstract

"This study's purpose is to identify the kind of relationship between the financial analysis and its role in evaluating the financial performance in an economic company, A Theoreticalframework has been provided to reach that purpose, it includes different concepts related to the financial analysis through identifying its different methods and tools also the financial ratios and indicators used to evaluate the financial performance. As well as the practical study by which different methods and tools have been practically dropped on reality of the accounting data of an economic company (tafnal). Among the most important results that this study has reached are knowing the importance and the necessity of using different methods and tools of the financial analysis in diagnosing the financial situation of an economic company and identifying its strengths and weaknesses, Also knowing most of the financial imbalances that the company suffers from and try to provide suitable solutions.
