Abstract

From Algeria in light of the successive amendments and political and constitutional reforms that have made great efforts to create political institutions that will be a main pillar that supports the Algerian state, especially in the last amendment of the year 2020. One of the positives achieved and the aspirations brought by the 2020 Constitution is the embodiment of democracy and the consolidation of rules to adapt to political variables within the executive authority, and these reforms have touched the second pole of the executive authority, especially the relationship between the President of the Republic and the Prime Minister or the head of government, as the case may be.
