Financial markets play a significant role in the economy, reflecting it’s development and providing financing opportunities for investors. They also have a vital role in international trade by providing companies with the necessary funds to finance imports and exports. This study aims to highlight the crucial need for financial markets, particularly the Algerian Stock Exchange, as it requires funding resources to drive the economy and keep pace with more advanced countries. Although studies have shown the recent development of the Algerian financial market, it remains relatively weak compared to other countries.
