Abstract

The law 05-04 aimed at reconstitution of the code of prisoners by making a set of legislative measures to re-enforce the educational and pedagogical life inside the prisons and try to open them to the external world. These measures have really been put into practice during these last few years. An increase number of enrolled prisoners in education and professional formation in different levels and specialities is noticed. Besides his, a great number of prisoners have got profit from his law such as "The conditional Freedom" and many other measures. However, the social integration of prisoners is still in need of much more additional laws. This led to the enrichment of the previous law 05-04 by the new law 01/18 which has added a fourth chapter under law needs the help of different forces of the government and the civic society to be sure of the success of this programme.
