Abstract

This study aims to shed light on the legal protection provided by Algerian law to electronic consumers in the field of commercial advertising. Through an analytical and comparative approach, we examine the preventive and punitive frameworks related to electronic advertising practices. The research concludes that the current legal protection remains insufficient and needs to be reinforced through specific regulations and stronger enforcement mechanisms.
