Abstract
In Algian family law, children enjoy equal and, non-discriminatory financial
rights, including the right to maintenance and inheritance. The law also recognizes
the importance of guardianship of children's property guardianship and sets rules
for the sale of children's property. Additionally, the law also emphasizes the
importance of protecting and caring of children in all circumstances, including
their property guardianship and inheritance. Furthermore, the law defines the
responsibilities of parents and families in ensuring that children receive the
necessary care and protection. The Algerian family laws clearly and
comprehensively state the financial rights of children. According to the law,
children have the right to equality and non-discrimination in financial matters,
including the right to maintenance, inheritance, and protection of their poperty. It is
the responsibility families, parents, and the community as a whole to ensure that
children receive the necessary care and protection.The Algerian law considers financial protection of the child as one of the most
important matters that famillies and the community must focus on. Therefore, the
law specifies that financial accounts for children must be established and
maintained in a legitimate and efficient manner. The law also regulates the sale of
a children's property, and specifies the conditions that must be met to carry out this
process.
