Abstract

Parents are a vital component of the family and are credited to the children for their care when they need us at the pyramid stage, the mother is the soul of the family and she is half of society and part of the second half and if she is not for fami ly cihesoin there are many family problems in our time, the fater is the head of family and is resposible for fulfilling the wishes of his branches befriending the propht : «All of you are a she pherd All of you are responsible for his patronage», in some cases however ther are crimes against assets that affect their body and mony being the most widesprad in Alegerian society and that undermine the legitimate associatoin of the whole of origin with its branch. On the basis of our study of the legal protectoin of parents in Algerian legislatoin wich embodies them both penal and social under several law the perpetrators are subject to penalties but this does not preclude the existence of specail immunity for this type of family offence in additoin older parents have a role in building the family institutoin known to mankind and must be legally protected as elderly.
