Abstract

The independente nationel authority of election in algeria is cosidered as a new experiment in the domain of democratic practice ,it is a constitutional boday assigned to supervise eiections and referendums in all stages . its organization ,the workflows of its validity is by the order 21-01 issued in 10 march 2021 contained the organice law related to elections system . it assigned to the independent nationel authority of election the mission of preparing and organizing the presidential , legislative ,and local election ,polls, supervision and control operations of these electoral operations from the beginninge until announcing the beginning until announcing provisisional results of the poll
