جرائم عصابات الأحياء في التشريع الجزائري

Abstract

Street gangs are among the most dangerous phenomena threatening the security and safety of society, especially in densely populated residential areas. In response, Algeria issued Ordinance No. 20/03, which aims to combat this threat through strict laws combining prevention and deterrence. This strategy seeks to eliminate gangs and restore peace and stability to neighborhoods.
