Abstract

The crime of human trafficking represents one of the global problems after the crimes of drugs and weapons, and Iwas not an exaggeration to say that it is one of the crimes of huge risk. Trafficking crimes are committed by organized criminal gangs, which made the human being, his body and his organs a place for Commerciale transactions. That is why more attention must be paid to the phenomenon of human trafficking in order to combat, or to eradicate everything that leads to it, the factors that help fabricate it. Therefore, states and international organizations, such as the United Nations, hastened to conclude many international garments that combated every form of human trafficking and prevented human slavery, starting with international conventions and then followed by a number of treaties related to the issue of trafficking and international protocols that appeal to the state parties to abide by their obligations to combat this crime.
