Abstract

"This study aimes to review one of the most important issues that causes disputes in our society , the division of jointly owned real estate among partners this legal process aimes to end the co-ownership between partners, the division of the jointly owned property is conducted through a judicial process when an amicable division cannot be reached, the competent court based on a lawsuit filed by one of the interested parties appoints an expert to assess the property and determine the share of each partners, once a final judgment is issued each partners’s share is determine and they can either divide or sell the property, this procedure ensures the rights of all partners and allows each to dispose of their share independently, the ultimate goal of this process is to end joint ownership and resolve any resulting disputes."
